Romanian Galgos
help bring two galgos stranded in romania home
How did two Spanish Galgos end up in a municipal shelter in Călărași, Romania,? The truth is that we don’t really know, but they were likely used for illegal hunting.
Luckily for these two dogs, the SPCA International was in the area and came across them in the course of their work. Their local partner, Dog Rescue Romania, stepped up and brought these two abandoned dogs into their shelter. The dogs are safe now and receiving veterinary treatment, but we would like to bring them to Fast Friends as soon as possible to find them homes and to free up resources for Dog Rescue Romania, who is doing really important work and currently has over 130 dogs in their care.
Please make a gift today to help these two Spanish Galgos leave Romania and come to Fast Friends and on to forever homes.
