Spotlight on: Asha
Sweet Asha is a wadi dog from the country of Oman. Wadi dogs are sighthounds, descended from salukis but now recognized as a breed on their own. They are known to be very intelligent and loyal companions.
Asha thrives on affection and insists on using people as a step stool to get closer for her pets. Some of her favorite things are squeaky toys and soft beds where she takes lots of naps. Asha loves doing zoomies in fresh snow during the winter and rolling in the grass on warm summer days.
Asha is shy around new people and loud noises in her environment. She would do best in a quiet, low energy home where she can relax and feel safe.
